Jimmy McLoud currently serves as the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor at First Christian Church in Canton, a position held since July 2013. In this role, Jimmy leads leadership development, strategic planning, and oversees business operations for a large church staff while managing three significant enterprise ministries. Previously, Jimmy was the Student Ministry Pastor, providing oversight to middle school, high school, and college-age ministry teams. Since November 2020, Jimmy has also been a member of the Board of Directors for The Solomon Foundation, a non-profit organization that connects churches and investors to facilitate loans for church growth. Prior experience includes roles as Outreach and Involvement Pastor and Youth and Family Pastor at First Christian Church from March 2008 to June 2013. Jimmy's educational background includes studies at Youngstown State University and Mid-Atlantic Christian University.

First Christian Church is also home to First Christian Day Services and First Christian Preschool. FCDS serves adults with developmental disabilities through Stark County and the surrounding region. FCDS currently serves more than 90 clients daily. FCP serves families of preschool children by preparing them for elementary school in a faith-based environment. Current enrollment is approximately 270 students.
