Genevieve Brady

Genevieve Brady currently serves as Operations Lead at First Circle and Commercial Sales Lead at Gentian, both positions held since early 2024. Since September 2019, Genevieve has been the Director at Rise Foundation e.V., overseeing outreach events for the homeless in Berlin and managing corporate partnerships and fundraising initiatives. Prior experience includes a four-year tenure as Sales & Operations Team Lead at Medbelle, where responsibilities encompassed team coaching, performance analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration. Genevieve also held roles as Interim Head of Complaints and Senior Patient Care Adviser at Medbelle, excelling in patient support and maintaining customer satisfaction. Earlier roles include Community Support Worker at Single Homeless Project. Genevieve holds an MSc in Criminal Justice Policy from The London School of Economics and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Sussex.
