Carol Crowder

Carol Crowder serves as Vice President and Account Manager at First Citizens Bank since January 2021. Prior to this role, Crowder was the Director of Business Development at the Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South from May 2016 to December 2020. Previous experience includes positions as Associate Director of Donor Account Processes and Manager of Credit Card Operations at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (February 2014 - April 2016), and a lengthy tenure at First Tennessee Bank from March 1986 to March 2013, where Crowder held various senior roles including SVP, Senior Product Manager for Treasury Management and SVP, Product and Marketing Manager for the BankCard Division. Crowder holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
