Crystal Garrett

Crystal Garrett serves as the Director of Strategic Sourcing & IT and Info Security Sourcing at First Citizens Bank, leading the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide program to manage critical vendor relationships following the acquisition of Silicon Valley Bank in March 2023. With prior experience as SVP at Wells Fargo, Garrett has a strong background in policy governance, operational risk management, and third-party risk oversight, including significant achievements in the creation of assessment programs and regulatory compliance. Garrett's career also includes leadership roles at Bank of America, where expertise in vendor management and technology service delivery was honed, complemented by a B.S. in Finance-Commercial Banking from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
