Jason Kwok

Jason Kwok currently serves as a Board Member at Field Middle and as Senior Assistant Chief Counsel at First Citizens Bank, where responsibilities include leading a legal team that provides enterprise-wide coverage for various operational functions, including commercial contracts and data privacy. Jason has been part of the Legal Leadership Team at First Citizens Bank since March 2023. Prior to this, Jason held the position of Vice President on the Board of Trustees at The Carey School from June 2021 to June 2024, contributing to the oversight of the school's resources and strategic goals. Jason also served as Associate General Counsel at Silicon Valley Bank from 2013 to 2023 and held multiple roles at East West Bank, including Deputy General Counsel. Jason holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from UCLA.
