Jeanine Olic

Jeanine Olic, CRCM, currently serves as SVP and Senior Managing Director, Head of First Line Risk Management for FCB Wealth at First Citizens Bank since March 2023, leading a twelve-member team in managing various risks associated with investing, private banking, trust, lending, deposits, and product development. Prior to this role, Jeanine held the position of SVP, Senior Managing Director, Head of First Line Risk for Private Bank and Wealth Management at Silicon Valley Bank, transforming risk culture and driving management consistency. With a foundational career at Capital One from 1999 to 2021, Jeanine progressed through multiple roles in risk management, ultimately directing risk for the Small Business Bank and Retail & Direct Bank. Early career experience includes project management and technical roles at International Land Systems, Inc. and PADCO, Inc., emphasizing strong project collaboration and international engagement. Jeanine holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University and has completed studies at Moscow State University.
