Ken Cox

Ken Cox is an accomplished mortgage executive with extensive experience in sales and operations within the banking sector. Currently serving as Mortgage Executive and Senior Vice President at First Citizens Bank since February 2017, Ken has held several leadership roles, including South Carolina Regional Sales Manager and Vice President for regional mortgage sales. Prior to this, Ken was the Executive Vice President at First Reliance Bank from May 2005 to February 2017, overseeing all areas of mortgage banking. Additionally, Ken served as President of the Mortgage Bankers of the Carolinas from September 2011 to September 2012. Earlier in the career, Ken was Vice President at SouthTrust Mortgage/Wachovia Mortgage from 1999 to 2005, focusing on mortgage sales in the Columbia, South Carolina market. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Finance from Bob Jones University, earned from 1981 to 1985.
