Kirk Duncan

Kirk Duncan is an accomplished executive in corporate real estate with extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial projects. Currently serving as Executive Director of Corporate Real Estate at First Citizens Bank since February 2013, Kirk previously held the position of Director at CB Richard Ellis, where responsibilities included coordinating various real estate services for the Royal Bank of Canada’s expansive US portfolio. Earlier roles included Sr. Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, focusing on retail construction projects for Bank of America, and Development Manager at Washington Mutual, overseeing the Retail Banking Portfolio in Southern California. Kirk earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech.
