Mandy Scott

Mandy Scott is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in application development and support within the banking sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Application Development and Support at First Citizens Bank since September 2022, Mandy leads the Application Resiliency Program, focusing on application recovery, change management, testing quality, and technology assessments. Prior to this role, Mandy held various management positions at First Tennessee Bank from August 2011 to September 2022, including overseeing Identity and Access Management and managing customer delivery applications for financial centers. Mandy began a career at First Horizon National Corporation in January 1995, working as an Enterprise Technologist III, responsible for technical design, application modeling, and project cost analysis. Mandy obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from The University of Memphis from 1994 to 2000.
