Pete Shelfo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing network infrastructure and voice services within large banking institutions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Infrastructure and Engineering at First Citizens Bank since October 2014, Shelfo oversees a substantial team supporting over 3,500 network devices across numerous locations. Previous roles include Director of Infrastructure and Operations and Network Engineering Manager at First Citizens Bank, and IT Director at Overture Networks, where Shelfo managed global IT operations.
