Pinaki Sarkar

Pinaki Sarkar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project finance across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Project Finance at First Citizens Bank since November 2023, Sarkar previously worked at BNP Paribas as an Associate in Power, Infrastructure, and Project Finance from June 2021 to November 2023. Prior to that, Sarkar held roles including Investment Intern at Alchemy Renewable Energy and Assistant Vice President of Project Finance at Blend Financial Services Ltd, where a notable achievement involved establishing and cultivating relationships across multiple Chinese provinces. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Executive in Project Finance at Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd., where significant contributions included developing key financial documentation for major projects. Sarkar holds a PGDM in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a B.Tech in Electrical from the National Institute of Technology.
