Keith Sampsell

Keith Sampsell is currently the VP & Technology Infrastructure Manager at First Citizens Community Bank. Prior to that, they were with Jersey Shore State Bank from September 2016 to July 2018 as their AVP/ Systems Administrator. Keith was with First Citizens Community Bank prior to that and also held a position as Swing Manager with CR Restaurants from October 2003 to September 2008.

Keith Sampsell has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and is currently a Network Specialist at Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Keith Sampsell reports to Randall E. Black, CEO & President. They are on a team with Renée Davis - AVP & Deposit Operations Manager, Peg Shaffer - AVP, Business Development Officer, and Greg Anna - SVP & Information Systems Manager.
