Cfmp Sandy Tarkington

Sandy Tarkington, CFMP has extensive experience in marketing and public relations. From 2013 to present, Sandy worked as the Marketing Director for First Citizens National Bank, where they were responsible for maintaining a positive image for the bank and coordinating public relations activities. Prior to this role, Sandy worked as the Public Relations Manager at First Citizens National Bank from June 2012 to December 2012. From 2008 to 2012, Sandy held the position of Senior Marketing Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones. Sandy began their career as the Marketing Director at White and Associates Insurance Agency in 1994, where they worked until 2008.

Sandy Tarkington, CFMP, has a diverse education history. In 1990, they attended Dyersburg State Community College, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business. Following this, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing at the University of Tennessee at Martin. In 2014, Sandy enrolled at the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management to further enhance their knowledge in the banking and marketing industry. Sandy completed their time at the school in 2015. Additionally, in June 2015, they obtained the Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) certification from the American Bankers Association.
