Sandy Tarkington, CFMP

Sandy Tarkington, CFMP has extensive experience in marketing and public relations. From 2013 to present, Sandy has worked as the Marketing Director for First Citizens National Bank, where she is responsible for managing marketing and public relations activities. Prior to this role, Sandy worked as the Public Relations Manager at First Citizens National Bank from June 2012 to December 2012. From 2008 to 2012, Sandy held the position of Senior Marketing Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones. Sandy began her career as the Marketing Director at White and Associates Insurance Agency in 1994, where she worked until 2008.

Sandy Tarkington has a diverse education history. In 1990, she attended Dyersburg State Community College, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business. Following this, from 1992 to 1994, she pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing at the University of Tennessee at Martin. In 2014, Sandy enrolled at the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management to further enhance her knowledge in the banking and marketing industry, completing the program in 2015. Additionally, in June 2015, she obtained the Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) certification from the American Bankers Association.
