Phil Gloeckner

Phil Gloeckner has a diverse work background in operations management. Phil is currently serving as a Logistics Operations Manager at DoorDash since December 2021. Previously, Phil held various roles at FC Parking & Hospitality Services, including Midwest Region Director of Operations and Regional Manager. In these positions, they oversaw valet operations and engaged in process improvement to ensure compliance, maximize profits, and provide training for managers. Prior to that, Phil worked at Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Hotel Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, where they supervised multiple departments and coordinated teams to optimize standard operating procedures. Phil started their career as a Front Services Supervisor at Harrah's Joliet Casino & Hotel, overseeing valet operations, bellman, doorman, and retail.

From 2000 to 2004, Phil Gloeckner attended Northern Illinois University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. Phil Gloeckner also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
