Maximilian Schlicher

Maximilian Schlicher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and real estate. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for North America, UK, and Scandinavia at First Climate since June 2023, Maximilian focuses on developing strategies to promote sustainability and help businesses achieve net zero impact. Prior to this role, Maximilian worked at William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty for seven years as a Referral Agent, guiding clients through real estate transactions. Previous roles include Executive Assistant and Real Estate Agent, Consultant in the restaurant industry, General Manager at Mill Street Bar & Table, and various production roles in film and media. Maximilian also owned Sandwich Construction & Art Gallery and held the position of Food & Beverage Manager at Mayflower Inn & Spa.
