Carolina Huaranca Mendoza is a seasoned investment professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in venture capital and business development. Currently serving as a General Partner and Investment Committee Member at First Close Partners and a Scout at Lightspeed Venture Partners, Carolina has previously advised and held principal roles at Kapor Capital. Carolina also contributed as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Kapor Center and was the Founding National Director of Girls Who Code Clubs. As the CEO and Founder of ECH Advisors, Carolina provided consulting services to early-stage tech start-ups and non-profits, while also founding Spriggle, a social selling platform for educational toys. Carolina holds an MBA from The Wharton School and has an educational background from Cornell University.
