Andrew Vroman

Andrew Vroman is an experienced Systems Analyst and Helpdesk Technician at First Coast Energy, LLP, where support is provided to nearly 100 remote locations and headquarters since January 2016. Previously, Andrew served as an IT Specialist at Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc., focusing on client and server-side processes, troubleshooting, PC build and repair, and light web design from August 2014 to October 2015. Andrew's military background includes serving as a Team Leader in the Infantry for the U.S. Army from January 2008 to December 2012, where responsibilities included management, training, and organization. Additionally, Andrew held the position of Branch Manager at SecureWatch, LLC, from March 2012 to August 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield (2015-2018) and an Associate's degree in IT/Computer Programming from the University of Phoenix (2013-2015).
