Catherine Leslie Robbins has extensive work experience in risk management and various management positions. Catherine Leslie started their career in 1985 at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, where they held various management and project manager positions for nearly 20 years. In 2004, they joined First Coast Service Options as Director of Business Continuity Management. In 2005, they moved to Diversified Service Options dba GuideWell Source, initially serving as Director of Risk Management and later taking on additional responsibilities in facilities, assets, and procurement. Catherine Leslie continued in this role until at least 2010.

Catherine Leslie Robbins began their education in 1980, attending Orange Park High School, where they earned their High School Diploma in 1984. Later, they pursued further studies at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1998 to 2000, earning their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Catherine has also obtained multiple certifications. In January 2006, they became a Certified Business Continuity Professional through the institution DRI. Ten years later, in April 2016, they achieved the designation of Master Business Continuity Professional from DRI International. Lastly, in January 2018, Catherine obtained the title of Board of Directors from the National Association of Continuity Professionals through The Association of Continuity Professionals.
