Katherine Waters, RICP (R), has extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as Deputy Director of Operations for the Gulf Coast Division at First Command Financial Services, Inc. since January 2017, where the focus is on coaching individuals towards financial security. Prior to this role, Katherine acted as a Financial Advisor in the United States Army from April 2014 to November 2016, working as an Intelligence Analyst and providing crucial intelligence analysis for decision-making in high-stakes situations. Earlier career experience includes various positions at CVS Pharmacy, ranging from Pharmacy Technician to Shift Supervisor. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, completed between 2008 and 2010.
