Oscar Romero

Oscar Romero is a highly experienced financial advisor at First Command Financial Services, Inc., since July 2019. Prior to this role, Oscar served in the US Army for two decades, achieving the rank of First Sergeant while providing senior advisory functions in logistics, supply chain management, and culinary operations. Oscar also held various mid-level management positions, including Senior Trainer and Personnel Supervisor, where responsibilities included training new recruits and managing administrative duties for a team of 48 employees. Oscar began military service as a Construction Equipment Repairer, progressing to team lead and overseeing maintenance operations for military equipment. Academically, Oscar holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Liberty University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Park University, and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.
