Sarah Nguyen

Sarah Nguyen is a UX Research & Design Specialist at First Command Financial Services, Inc., responsible for assisting with both quantitative and qualitative studies, including stakeholder consultations, project planning, survey creation, and analysis. Previously, Sarah served as a UX Designer & Researcher at User Research International, where responsibilities included consulting on participant recruitment and scheduling for complex studies. Earlier experience at Access Intelligence involved program monitoring, financial projections, and subcontract management. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, earned between 2014 and 2020.
