Pei-Wen Liu

Pei-wen (Perry) Liu serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for both First Financial Holding Co., Ltd. and First Commercial Bank (FCB) since April 2022 and December 2016, respectively. Previously, Pei-wen held the position of CEO at the National Center for Cyber Security Technology from January to October 2016 and was the Deputy Director General of the CyberTrust Technology Institute at the Institute for Information Industry from January 2007 to January 2016. Additionally, Pei-wen served as Director at the Information & Communication Security Technology Center from January 2004 to January 2016 and represented Chinese Taipei as a delegate at APEC TEL in 2013. Pei-wen Liu earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University between 1994 and 1997.
