Ashley Walker

Ashley Walker, M.A. ELR, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President and HR Assistant Talent Manager at First Commonwealth Bank, a position held since June 2019, after previously occupying roles such as HR Talent Team Lead and Human Resources Representative within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of People and Culture at PalAmerican Security for a brief period and as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., focusing on talent management, staffing, retention, onboarding, and worker compensation. Ashley Walker began the career at First Commonwealth Bank as a Financial Solutions Specialist.
