Dona Denaro

Senior Investment Officer at First Commonwealth Bank

Vice President and a long time team member with First Commonwealth Advisors, Dona DeNaro began her career with the bank in 1988. In addition to the specialized knowledge she has developed in the areas of fiduciary investment management and Trust, Dona's extensive banking background includes experience in operations, lending and market research. On a daily basis, Dona manages investment portfolios for multiple pension plans, profit sharing funds, non-profit organizations and individual clients. Among her many responsibilities, Dona also enjoys authoring the IM&T Economic Newsletter which helps to provide a broad overview of the economic and financial events of the day and the overall impact on their clients. Dona serves on the IM&T Investment Committee as a Senior Investment Officer with full voting responsibility.

Ms. DeNaro earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University. She also graduated with an MBA degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. An advocate for education and training, Dona previously served on the Curriculum Advisory Board of the Education and Technology Institute, an affiliate of the Private Industry Councils of Westmoreland, Fayette, Inc. She has also donated time as a volunteer with various charitable organizations in Westmoreland County.
