Leah Russano

Leah Russano is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in financial management and business development. Currently serving as Area Manager, VP - Metro PA Northwest at First Commonwealth Bank since September 2018, Leah has held multiple leadership roles, including Financial Solutions Area Manager, VP and Financial Solution Manager. Prior to this, Leah worked at Citizens Bank from April 2008 to August 2018 in various positions, including Branch Manager and Business Development Officer. Leah's career began at National City Bank, where the role included the Bank at Work program. Leah holds a degree from Carlow University, earned between 2002 and 2007, and specializes in assisting small businesses to enhance profitability, reduce costs, and streamline banking processes.
