Crcm Jean Prazecky

Jean Prazecky has a diverse work experience in various roles and responsibilities. The majority of their career was spent working at First Community Bank, where they held positions such as Director of Internal Audit and Senior Vice President, Compliance Director & CRA Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the bank's compliance program, drafting policies and procedures, and assisting with examinations conducted by auditors and bank examiners. Prior to joining First Community Bank, they worked at Nash Finch Company as a Retail Accounting Manager, where they managed payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger functions. They also worked at Acme Markets of Virginia as a Training Coordinator, responsible for training associates in company policies and procedures and the use of accounting systems.

Jean Prazecky, CRCM, obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from Valley College between 2003 and 2005. In November 2012, Jean Prazecky also obtained the certification of Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from the Institute of Certified Bankers.
