Victor Mutisya

Victor Mutisya has over two decades of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Head of IT at First Community Bank in Nairobi since 2007, where leadership of the IT team is a primary focus. Previously, Victor held the position of IT Product Specialist at the same bank, specializing in bridging business needs with IT solutions. Victor also gained valuable experience at Standard Chartered Bank from 1999 to 2003, working as a Shift Leader in the Data Centre.
