Justene Kouba is a seasoned graphic designer with significant experience in both freelance and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Graphic Designer at First Community Credit Union since June 2021, Justene previously operated Justene Kouba, Inc. from October 2012 to June 2021, providing diverse design services such as logo creation and marketing materials, along with quick turnaround times for clients. Justene also held roles at Agri-Cover, Inc. as a Graphic Designer from December 2013 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing design and marketing strategies for multiple product lines. An earlier position as a Marketing Specialist at First Community Credit Union from June 2017 to December 2018 further enhanced marketing skills. Justene gained initial experience as a Design Intern at Austin Fit Magazine in late 2013. Education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, completed in 2013.

Our community first laid its foundation in Jamestown, North Dakota in 1939. Since that time, we've grown to 29 branches across North Dakota and Western Minnesota, in towns of all sizes. First Community has the largest membership of all credit unions in North Dakota, with a field of membership that covers over a third of the state and into Western Minnesota. As a credit union, FCCU is owned by its members. This is different than banks, which are owned by a select group of stockholders. The credit union's profits are returned to the members in the form of better services, accounts, and favorable rates on savings and loans. FCCU was recently named Community Credit Union of the year by Credit Union National Association. It's a national award and we're honored to tell you we won it for our service to our members, our community, and because of our strong financial condition.
