Previously, Walter held the position of Executive Vice President Director of Technology at Stellar Bank, leading the merger with Allegiance Bank, and prior to that, at CommunityBank of Texas for 14 years, Walter provided leadership to the IT team and managed multiple technology initiatives across the organization.
