Clinical and Quality Team

The Clinical and Quality Team at First Community Health & Care ensures the highest standards of patient care and safety across East Surrey. Led by the Chief Nurse and Director of Quality and People, along with the Clinical Governance Manager and the Head of Medicines Management, the team monitors clinical practices, develops quality improvement initiatives, and oversees medication management to enhance overall healthcare service delivery.
