Lorenzo Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mortgage operations and business intelligence. Currently serving as VP of Wholesale Operations at First Community Mortgage since May 2016, Lorenzo specializes in analytics reporting, policy implementation, and project management targeting high census minority tracts. Previous roles include FVP of Retail Operations at PennyMac Loan Services, Vice President of Mortgage Operations at NBT Bancorp, and Regional Operations Manager at Caliber Funding, among others, showcasing a strong track record in enhancing operational efficiencies, compliance training, and customer service oversight. Lorenzo holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from PennWest Edinboro.
