Peter Legaspi is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at First Community Mortgage since November 2023. Previously, Peter held the position of Senior Mortgage Loan Originator at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage from March to October 2023, and has worked in various senior roles, including Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Arvest Central Mortgage Company and Senior Loan Officer at First Federal Bank of Kansas City. With a career spanning over three decades, Peter’s experience also includes management positions and foundational roles at multiple mortgage and loan institutions. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Biology and Physics from Creighton University between 1983 and 1987 and attended Rockhurst High School from 1979 to 1983.
