Yotam Soen

Yotam Soen is an accomplished leader in product management and engineering, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Product and Engineering at First Connect Insurance Services since January 2022. With extensive experience at Hippo Insurance as VP of Product Management and Director of Product Management, Partnerships and Growth, Yotam has a proven track record in driving product strategy and enhancing user engagement. Previous roles include General Manager at Wedding Spot, where Yotam oversaw company operations and led the successful acquisition by Cvent. Yotam's career also features significant contributions at HoneyBook and eBay Inc., with a strong foundation in software engineering and team leadership, including a prior role as a Team Leader in the Israel Defense Forces. Yotam holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and History from Tel Aviv University.
