Steven Cooke

Steven Cooke is the Head of Business Intelligence at First Contact, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as Brand Manager, where they developed and managed the company's branding and communications strategies. With earlier experience as a Communications Coordinator at Icom, Steven honed their skills in corporate communications and marketing. They earned a degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on PR, Economics, and Management from Monash University, completing their studies in 2004.
