Kendall Everts

Kendall Everts is an experienced underwriter currently working at Parkstone Mortgage since July 2022 and previously held the position of DE Underwriter and Mortgage Loan Processor at First Continental Mortgage, Ltd. since March 2017. In addition to mortgage underwriting, Kendall served as the Second Vice President of the Shadow Forest Elementary PTA from August 2014 to June 2017, where responsibilities included organizing the annual fundraiser and managing volunteer efforts. Prior experience includes a role as Sales and Operations Manager at USA Stair LLC from August 2009 to January 2012, where significant marketing and client relations achievements were made, as well as serving as Branch Operations Manager at Bank of America from September 2003 to August 2008, overseeing a team of loan specialists and obtaining Level 3 Underwriting signing authority. Educational qualifications include a Core University Curriculum in Mechanical Engineering from Austin Community College and a diploma from Pearland High School.
