Kelsey Bowyer is a seasoned professional in human resources and customer service with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at First Credit Union since April 2021, Kelsey has actively contributed to the hiring process and provided guidance on organizational policies. Previous roles include Social Media Manager and Good Try Project Coordinator at Tight Club Athletics, as well as various customer experience positions at Saje Natural Wellness and TD, where Kelsey was recognized for exceptional customer service. Kelsey also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from McGill University and is furthering education with a certificate in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion from the University of Victoria.
