Elizabeth Toner

Elizabeth Toner has extensive work experience in various roles. Elizabeth started their career as a Management Team member at Belfast FASHIONWEEK in 2007 and worked there until 2011. From 2008 to 2011, they served as an Account Executive at CMPR. In 2011, they joined First Derivatives as a Marketing Executive before transitioning to the role of Graduate Marketing and Recruitment Manager in 2012. Elizabeth then took on the position of EMEA Internal Recruitment/Resourcing Lead in 2015 and Head of Global Graduate Recruitment in 2016. From 2019 to 2023, they held the role of VP Global Talent at First Derivatives. Currently, Elizabeth is the Director of Brand & Experience at First Derivative.

Elizabeth Toner completed their education at Ulster University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a BSc Honours Degree in Communication, Advertising & Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Sacred Heart Grammar School from 2000 to 2007 and achieved excellent grades. Additionally, Elizabeth has obtained certifications in Strategic Change Leadership for Digital Transformation from the William J Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen's University Belfast in 2021 and in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) in 2015.
