Michael Pucci

Michael Pucci has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael began their career as a Bank Official at Danske Bank in 1995 and then transitioned to Halifax as a Team Lead Manager in 2000. In 2005, they joined Citi as a Manager.

In 2006, Michael joined Bank of Ireland and held various roles over a span of 15 years. Michael started as a Customer Service Manager, supporting the Branch Manager and overseeing compliance. Michael then advanced to the role of Sales Manager, where they managed a sales team and developed strong relationships with customers and strategic partners. Michael's most recent role at Bank of Ireland was Senior Branch Manager, where they led and managed teams in delivering key performance targets across multiple branches.

In 2022, Michael joined First Derivative as a Manager and later transitioned to the role of Business Operations Lead in early 2023.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive sales, manage projects, develop people, and build strong customer relationships.

Michael Pucci attended St Patricks Grammar School Downpatrick, where they pursued A-Levels until 1995. Michael attained a Professional Certificate in Managing People from IOB in 2021 and obtained PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner Accreditation from AXELOS in the same year. Additionally, in 2019 and 2020, they received a Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMAP) from LIBF. Furthermore, they hold certifications in Project Management Tips, Strategic Thinking, Unconscious Bias, and Creating a Culture of Privacy, obtained from LinkedIn from 2021 to 2022.
