Sarah McGuinness

Sarah McGuinness serves as the Practice Lead for Change Solutions at First Derivative, overseeing PMO, Change as a Service, and Operational Change Management since July 2013. Additional roles at First Derivative include Managing Principal Consultant, where Sarah engages in portfolio management for major clients, and Managing Consultant, contributing to the Senior Leadership Team for Client Solutions Practice and chairing the Global PM/PMO Working Group. Previous experience includes project management for a LIBOR project and consulting roles in various capacities focused on regulatory compliance and gap analysis for financial products. Before First Derivative, Sarah worked at Prim-Ed Publishing, handling sales and operations tasks across the business. Educationally, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Finance and a minor in Mathematics from Maynooth University.
