Susann Wisnewski

Susann Wisnewski has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Susann most recently served as the Chief Legal Officer at First Derivative starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the EMEA Legal Counsel at Aptiv from March 2021 to March 2022. From August 2019 to March 2021, they held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Indeed.com. Susann also worked at Accenture as a Legal Counsel from August 2016 to July 2019.

Before transitioning into the legal field, Susann gained experience in business development and market insight at IBM from May 2014 to August 2015. Susann also served as an In-House Legal Counsel and Attorney at IBM from June 2011 to April 2014, where they provided comprehensive contract and commercial support across multiple countries.

Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Counsel and Quality Management Administrator at Canada Life from January 2010 to May 2011. Additionally, they served as a Licensing Administrator at Symantec from February 2009 to December 2009.

Susann's earlier experiences include research assistant roles at law firms such as Robert Gruender and Dr. Heide Sandkuhl, as well as a student assistant role at Juergen Pillig.

Susann Wisnewski completed their education in a chronological order. Susann first attended the University of Potsdam from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained their First state exam in Civil law, criminal law, and public law. Susann then attended the District Court Potsdam from 2006 to 2008, where they earned their Second state exam in the same fields of study. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Finance at Liverpool John Moores University from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Theory of Finance, International Financial Institutions, and Markets. Lastly, they attended the Law Society of Ireland from 2014 to 2015, where they completed the Qualified Lawyer Transfer Test, earning their the qualification of a Qualified Irish Lawyer.
