Sara Connell, MA, CRC has a diverse work experience in the field of counseling and vocational rehabilitation. Sara started their career as a Substance Use Counselor at Phoenix House in 2016. Sara then worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Camelot Community Care, Inc. as an In-Home Mental Health Counselor and also worked at The Grow Group as an Employment Specialist and Vocational Evaluator. Currently, they are working as a Lead Staff at First Descents, a charitable non-profit organization based in Denver, Colorado, that provides outdoor adventures for young adults impacted by cancer and other serious health conditions.

Sara Connell, MA, CRC began their education journey in 2011 at the University of South Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Sara successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2013. Building upon their foundation in psychology, Sara went on to further their knowledge and skills in the field of Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. From 2014 to 2017, they attended the University of South Florida again, this time earning a Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. Through their educational experiences, Sara Connell has acquired a strong academic background in psychology and counseling, preparing their to contribute meaningfully in their chosen professions.
