Jordan Conboy

Jordan Conboy has over 19 years of experience in proposition management and customer service, currently serving as Propositions Manager at first direct since January 2004. In this role, Jordan develops strategies to meet evolving customer needs and previously managed mortgage propositions, focusing on trading plans and business objectives. Experience includes handling overdraft propositions as a Propositions Analyst and overseeing a card migration program with an emphasis on rewards. Earlier roles include Digital/Social Media Manager, where Jordan responded to customer inquiries and provided digital support for multiple banks, and Fraud Investigator, responsible for managing high-risk payments and process improvements. Jordan began a career in customer service as a Call Center Specialist and previously held a leadership position at Argos, managing a team to achieve service goals.
