Jordan Holton

Jordan Holton is an experienced professional currently serving as the People Product Owner at first direct since November 2010. In this role, Jordan is responsible for advancing the Employee Proposition and People Strategy by collaborating with partners and leading cross-functional teams to enhance the employee journey from recruitment to retirement. Previously, Jordan held positions as a People Strategy Subject Matter Expert, contributing to initiatives in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and as a People Experience Officer, managing various engagement and recognition events. Prior to joining first direct, Jordan worked as a Hire and Service Coordinator at Precision Geomatics Ltd, overseeing office management, customer correspondence, invoicing, and the planning of promotional projects.
