Kimberley Ward has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Proposition Manager at first direct since September 2017. Previous roles at first direct include Financial Inclusion and Vulnerability Manager, Assistant Financial Inclusion & Vulnerability Manager, Commercial Lead - Rewards, Scrum Master, and Continuous Improvement Manager. Additionally, Kimberley was a member of the Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire Branch Committee at APM from May 2019 to June 2020.
