Stephanie Hill has over 16 years of experience in customer service and management within the financial and travel sectors. At first direct since November 2016, Stephanie has held various roles including Assistant Propositions Manager and Propositions Risk Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Halifax where outstanding customer service earned recognition through multiple awards, and The Co-operative Personal Travel Advisors, where Stephanie served as Assistant Manager for six years. Early career experience includes a dual role in the hospitality industry as Kitchen Assistant and Waitress. Stephanie holds NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel Services from Park Lane College and multiple GCSEs and GNVQs from Garforth Community College.
