Kayla Cruz has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Physician Recruitment at First Docs since December 2022, where responsibilities include expanding business in outer markets, managing a strong candidate pipeline, and supporting pulmonology hiring efforts. Previously, Kayla held roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist II at Syneos Health, focusing on creating diverse talent pools and collaborating with hiring managers, and Sales Recruiter II at Paycom, where recruitment strategies for Outside Sales Representatives were developed. Earlier experience includes serving as Staffing Manager at The Execu|Search Group, where over $2 million in billing was achieved, along with positions in digital marketing and administrative support. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University.
