Matt Voutour is an experienced licensed mortgage broker currently with First Down Mortgage since July 2020, following a tenure as a mortgage loan officer at DHI Mortgage from April 2018 to July 2020, and previous roles with Ditech Financial LLC, Carrington Mortgage Services, and Bank of America. With a solid foundation in mortgage lending, Matt has a proven track record in identifying beneficial mortgage solutions, qualifying clients, and effectively managing relationships across various financial institutions. Before entering the mortgage industry, Matt gained valuable experience in fitness and client relations as a personal trainer and fitness coordinator. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida and an Associate’s degree from St. Johns River Community College.
