Daniel DiBiasie began their work experience as a Fire Captain at the City of Minneola Florida in February 2013. In June 2017, they became an Emergency Medical Services Instructor at Polk State College. Most recently, in August 2022, they joined First Due as a Training Manager and Content Developer.

Daniel DiBiasie is currently pursuing a Certified Public Manager degree at Florida State University, with an anticipated completion year of 2022. Daniel earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida Southern College, focusing on Business. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Fire and Emergency Services from the University of Florida.
