Zacharias Alderete

Zacharias Alderete's work experience begins with their current role as a Client Success Manager at First Due, which they started in March 2023. Before that, they were a Healthcare Simulation Educator at the University of Arizona from May 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Specimen Management Coordinator at the University of Arizona from April 2021 to June 2021. Zacharias was also a Paramedic at Tucson Medical Center from January 2021 to March 2021. Before that, they served as a Firefighter at Golder Ranch Fire District from February 2017 to January 2021. Zacharias also worked as a Paramedic at American Medical Response from May 2016 to February 2017 and as a Patient Care Technician at Tucson Medical Center from September 2015 to November 2016.

Zacharias Alderete has an associate's degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from Pima Community College, which was completed in 2021. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including "Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers" and "Customer Success Management Fundamentals" from LinkedIn in July 2022. Zacharias also holds the "Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1" certification from SuccessHACKER, obtained in September 2022. Additionally, Zacharias is working towards obtaining the "National Registered Paramedic (NRP)" certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, as well as certifications in "Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)" and "Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Experienced Provider (ACLS)" from the American Heart Association. Zacharias is also pursuing a paramedic certification from the Arizona Department of Health Services.
