Julie Mikla Kushion is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a robust background in various prestigious financial institutions. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at First Eagle Investments since June 2017, Julie leads a team dedicated to identifying exceptional candidates. Previous roles include Vice President at BlackRock, where Julie partnered with HR teams across multiple divisions, and at Barclays Capital, where Julie was responsible for recruiting top talent in the Corporate and Investment Banking sectors. Additionally, Julie held various positions at Goldman Sachs, including HR Business Partner, and began a career in HR at Morgan Stanley. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Communications from Keene State College.
